Are you ready to nourish your business at I Heart Halal?!

The grand bazaar at I Heart Halal is the heart of the festival! Our thoughtfully designed floorplan encourages long stays by attendees and keeps them circulating the floor to reach all the feature areas located throughout the show floor.

It is our aim to create a space to truly make your business flourish. You can do your part by being prepared to tell your story. Our attendees want to know how your products or services can nourish their lifestyle and this is your opportunity to make meaningful connections with new customers and get them excited about your products.

Through our vetting and curating process we hope to highlight the many businesses that create quality products and showcase the Halal lifestyle to our attendees. Only companies that meet our requirements will be considered for booth space. Filling out the application is not a guarantee that you will receive a booth space. Please review the requirements below before submitting your application.

Main requirements for exhibiting at I Heart Halal (full requirements listed in Terms and Conditions):

  • All companies selling products in the food, beverage, beauty, health/wellness and nutrition categories MUST be Halal-certified by an officially recognized certifying body and each product sold or displayed at the event must have a valid Halal certificate. Any companies that fail to produce a certificate will not be able to book a booth space.
  • Exhibiting companies are expected to be in their booths for all 3 days of the festival. Any company that fails to move-in during the allotted move-in time or that moves-out of their booth early will forfeit their booth, be charged a penalty fee, and will not be allowed to return to future festivals.
  • Sampling is allowed and encouraged, please note that samples must be no more than 2 ounces and a sampling request form must be completed prior to the start of the festival

Please use the form below to make your booth reservation request and we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Requests for the same booth space will be processed in the order in which they are received. Booth space is not guaranteed until full payment has been received. A deposit in the amount of $500 will be charged for each booth selected. Deposit amount will be applied towards total invoice amount after booth request is finalized. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

I Heart Halal organizers reserve the right to deny any booth request from any vendor, and in the event that a booth request is denied the deposit will be refunded to the vendor.

Booth pricing (all booths are 10′ x 10′)
Premium Plus – $2,000 (includes carpet and premium wall system, table and two chairs)
Premium – $1,600 (includes carpet and premium wall system, table and two chairs)
Standard – $1,300 (includes premium wall system, table and two chairs)
Budget – $1,000 (includes basic pipe and drape walls, table and two chairs)
